What is raw unprocessed hair and how does it differ from ready-made hairpieces?
Raw unprocessed hair is human hair with an intact cuticle — the highest possible quality for hair extensions. Unlike off-the-shelf hairpieces, this hair is processed to order according to your exact requirements — clip-in, tape-in, keratin or micro ring.

We accept bank transfer and cash upon personal pickup in Prague. For B2B customers (hairstylists and salons), we offer invoicing with payment terms.
Can I return the hair if it doesn't suit me?
Unused hair in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The hair must not be cut, dyed or otherwise altered. Contact us and we will arrange the return or exchange.
