We deliver your hair personally anywhere in Prague. Same-day delivery available.
Pick up your package at a Packeta collection point. Delivery within 1–3 business days.
Pick up your order in person by appointment. On-site consultation available.

How to return or claim hair?
You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
- ✓Hair must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- ✓Contact us by email or phone to arrange the return.
- ✓We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

What payment methods do we accept?
Cash payment upon personal delivery or in-store pickup.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Payment in advance by bank transfer. Account details are included in your order confirmation.
How do online payments work?
Payments in our e-shop are processed through the payment gateway Comgate, which enables secure online payments.
