General Terms & Conditions

Terms of purchase in the Hairland e-shop

1. Introductory provisions

1.1. These General Terms & Conditions (hereinafter 'GTC') govern the mutual rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer in the sale of hair extensions and related products via the hairland.cz portal and in-person sales. 1.2. Seller: Altro servis group s.r.o. Company ID: 23673389 Registered office: Školská 660/3, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha Email: info@hairland.cz 1.3. The seller specialises in the sale of natural hair extensions for professional hairdressing salons and end customers. 1.4. The buyer is a natural or legal person who enters into a purchase contract with the seller. 1.5. By registering on the hairland.cz portal or placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these GTC.

2. Order and conclusion of purchase contract

2.1. Ordering goods takes place through personal selection of hair by the buyer, via the order form on hairland.cz or by other agreed means (email, phone). 2.2. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of order confirmation by the seller and payment of the agreed purchase price by the buyer. 2.3. In the case of custom processing (clip-in sets, tape-in strips, keratin bonds and other modifications), the contract is concluded at the moment of order confirmation and payment of a deposit of 100% of the purchase price. 2.4. The seller reserves the right to reject an order or B2B account registration without stating a reason. 2.5. For B2B registration (salon registration), access to the portal is subject to approval by the seller. The seller verifies whether it is a professional hairdressing salon or a business in the industry.

3. Prices and payment terms

3.1. All prices are stated in Czech crowns (CZK). For B2B customers (VAT payers), prices are stated excluding VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. For end customers, prices include VAT. 3.2. Payment is made: a) in cash upon personal pickup, b) by bank transfer to the seller's account based on the issued invoice, c) by deposit for custom processing. 3.3. The invoice — tax document is sent to the buyer electronically by email or handed over upon personal pickup. 3.4. In case of late payment of an invoice, the seller is entitled to charge the statutory late payment interest.

4. Delivery terms

4.1. Hair in stock is available immediately upon personal pickup. 4.2. Custom processing (clip-in sets, tape-in strips, keratin bonds) is completed within 7 business days from order confirmation and payment of the purchase price. 4.3. Delivery of ordered goods across Prague is free of charge. Delivery outside Prague is possible by individual arrangement and subject to shipping costs. 4.4. The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt — especially colour, length, quantity and overall condition of the hair. Later complaints regarding obvious defects (mismatched colour, length, visible damage) will not be considered if not reported upon receipt. 4.5. If the buyer refuses to accept the goods without valid reason, the seller is entitled to claim compensation for delivery costs.

5. Nature of the goods — natural hair

5.1. The subject of sale is natural human hair. It is a specific product whose properties (subtle variations in colour, texture and thickness) are due to its natural origin and do not constitute a defect. 5.2. The seller states the exact origin of the hair, quality category (Virgin, Premium, Standard) and available parameters (length, colour) for each product. These details are indicative — minor variations typical of natural material are not grounds for complaint. 5.3. The lifespan of the hair depends on the application method, maintenance and products used. The seller is not liable for reduced lifespan caused by improper care.

6. Complaints and warranty

6.1. The buyer has the right to complain about goods if they exhibit quality defects that were not caused by improper handling, within 14 days of receipt. 6.2. Complaints must be made without undue delay by email to info@hairland.cz with a description of the defect, photo documentation and proof of purchase. 6.3. The seller will assess the complaint within 30 days of its submission. 6.4. IMPORTANT — A complaint cannot be accepted if the hair has been handled in any way after receipt, in particular: a) the hair has been applied by any method (keratin, tape-in, micro-ring, clip-in, sewing, other method), b) the hair has been prepared for application (tape attachment, creation of keratin bonds, cutting into strands), c) the hair has been washed, coloured, bleached, toned or chemically treated, d) the hair has been exposed to unsuitable products (sulphate shampoos, alcohol-based products, silicone oils unsuitable for hair extensions), e) the hair has been mechanically damaged (excessive brushing, unsuitable brushes, sleeping without protection), f) the hair has been heat-damaged (flat iron, curling iron without heat protection at temperatures above 180 °C). 6.5. Only unused, unapplied and unprocessed hair in its original condition as delivered to the buyer may be subject to complaint. 6.6. In the case of a valid complaint, the buyer is entitled to an exchange for defect-free goods or issuance of a credit note. The seller determines the method of complaint resolution. 6.7. The seller is liable for hidden material defects (e.g. inhomogeneous cuticle structure, incorrect direction of hair scales discovered only after application) even after application, within 30 days of receipt. In such cases, photo documentation and a report from the applying hairdresser must be provided.
